These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the QiliSecret website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and prices are accurate. Due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of certain materials, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include French VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

QiliSecret reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your order will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
• Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed (where applicable).
• Products damaged through misuse or normal wear.

10. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

We will provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with French consumer law.

11. Legal Warranty

French consumers benefit from:

• The Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code).
• The Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

These legal rights apply in addition to any commercial warranty offered by QiliSecret.

12. Liability

QiliSecret shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including transport disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under French or European law.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
