Our jewelry is gold plated and therefore water resistant. It can also withstand sea water and swimming pool use, provided that this remains occasional.

If one or more items do not suit you, you can return them to us within 8 days, we will then offer you an exchange or a refund, at your convenience.

Our website offers payment by credit card or PayPal. Once your order is complete, we will confirm your payment by sending you a summary email.

Prices displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (French VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order). Packaging, order processing, and shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Qilis Secret may change product prices at any time and without notice, particularly due to changes in the economic, legislative, and fiscal framework. Products are invoiced based on the price in effect when the customer places the order.

The products remain the full and entire property of the micro-enterprise Qilis Secret until full payment of the price of each order by Qilis Secret.
