Returns & Cancellation Policy (EU Customers)

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returns

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include all accessories and documentation, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping charges may only be refunded where required by applicable law.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:

• Earrings with broken hygiene seals.

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return procedure described above.
